- Coordinate and assist in the completion of Industrial and Hazardous Waste profiles for customer approval
- Perform field reviews of waste profiles and ensure compliance with analytical testing requirements
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to resolve technical deficiencies and manage pending profiles
- Monitor approved waste profiles for expiration and coordinate the re-certification process
- Complete necessary shipping paperwork in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, state, and federal waste regulations (Required)
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Required)
- Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them on time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Equivalent related work experience
- Basic knowledge of marketing, presentation, and sales techniques
- Familiarity with state and federal landfill special waste rules and requirements
