• Operate various equipment, including excavators, off-road trucks, and forklifts for installation of HDPE piping
• Connect sections of pipe using HDPE welding machines and PVC with glue and primer
• Maintain and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Measure materials and mix substances for installation activities
• Repair or replace defective parts of machinery using hand tools

• Knowledge of safely operating assigned equipment
• Ability to load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Experience performing minor maintenance or cleaning activities on tools and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent with previous experience in the field or related area
• Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs

• Previous experience operating heavy machinery in environmental or construction settings
• Familiarity with HDPE welding techniques and safety procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules
