• Provide recommendations to key stakeholders based on information gathered from diverse communities
• Review and make recommendations on PPB policies related to the Settlement Agreement
• Provide ongoing feedback to PPB regarding community engagement initiatives
• Appear before the Court for annual status conference during the effective period of the Settlement Agreement
• Learn about the history of the City of Portland's Settlement Agreement with the DOJ and attend mandatory trainings

• Must be at least 16 years old and live, work, play, worship, and/or go to school in Portland
• Ability to meet the time commitment of 2-3 evening meetings per month
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to connect with historically marginalized communities
• Impartiality, objectivity, and open-mindedness

• Previous experience in community engagement or advisory roles
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Knowledge of behavioral health or experience as a person of color
