• Directly manage and support the engineering team in delivering high-quality web-based applications
• Oversee hiring processes for new team members, including developers and quality assurance engineers
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to assess performance and identify training needs
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily standups
• Collaborate with other leaders to identify and meet business priorities related to software development

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in software development
• 4-6 years of experience managing software engineering teams
• Certification in Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Experience implementing Scrum practices and managing release activities in Azure Dev Ops
• Master’s degree in Computer Science
• 2 or more years of experience as a Software/Application Architect
• Familiarity with cloud-based hosting solutions, particularly Azure
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) models and multi-tenant solutions
