• Articulate a long‑term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to develop a quarterly roadmap
• Write high‑quality, well‑tested code to meet customer needs
• Evaluate APIs of external partners and integrate them with internal systems for stablecoin operations
• Deliver features in collaboration with cross‑functional teams

• At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
• Ability to compose a service‑oriented architecture
• Strong commitment to building an open financial system
• Proficiency in writing high‑quality, well‑tested code

• Experience in a rapidly growing company (from startup to mid‑size)
• Familiarity with building growth experiments or A/B tests
• Knowledge and experience with Blockchains (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
• Background in decomposing large monoliths into microservices
• Experience with tools and technologies such as Golang, Ruby, Docker, and PostgreSQL
