Sr. AI Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Senior AI Engineer to contribute to the design and development of our agentic framework and centralized AI platform. This role will focus on implementing and integrating AI agents, experimenting with open-source AI tools, and supporting the delivery of customer-facing and internal AI-powered applications. You will work closely with senior AI engineers, backend developers, and product engineers to bring agentic solutions to life, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI frameworks and infrastructure.

• Implement and maintain components of agentic AI framework under the guidance of senior engineers
• Leverage open-source AI frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen) to build and experiment with agents for diverse use cases
• Incorporate selected open-source solution into our agentic AI framework
• Collaborate with product engineers to integrate AI agents into customer-facing applications and internal tools
• Write clean, maintainable Python code for AI workflows, APIs, and data integration tasks
• Assist in testing, debugging, and improving performance of AI-powered workloads
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2–4 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML concepts or platforms
• Solid programming skills in Python; familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask a plus
• Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework (e.g., Lang Chain, Lang Graph, CrewAI, Auto Gen) through projects, internships, or work experience
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Exposure to orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
