• Design, build, and scale distributed systems for billing, pricing, and revenue processes
• Develop microservices and event-driven architectures with a focus on performance and reliability
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure compliance with financial requirements
• Implement automation and monitoring standards to enhance engineering quality
• Mentor peers and influence technical direction for Finance Tech systems

• Strong background in Go (Golang), Node.js, or Type Script with hands‑on experience in microservices and cloud‑based architectures
• Proficiency in designing distributed systems and API‑first solutions
• Knowledge of financial systems, billing workflows, and integration with ERP/billing platforms
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and secure development practices
• Demonstrated ownership of complex projects and experience mentoring others

• Experience with cloud infrastructure tools like Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to enhance development efficiency
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
