• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases while collaborating effectively with your team

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and launching backend systems, with experience in either Python or Kotlin
• Familiarity with distributed systems technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
• Strong ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration

• Experience navigating large code bases and providing constructive feedback through code reviews
• Proven ownership of personal growth with a proactive approach to seeking feedback
