• Design and implement next-generation core Fin Tech systems that power the employer
• Interact with stakeholders across various organizations involved in building employer products or managing financial operations
• Shape the strategy and execution path of Fin Hub
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables leveraging technical expertise
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards

• 12+ years of experience in backend software engineering using Golang or similar languages
• Domain expertise in Fin Tech and/or trading
• Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions that facilitate significant fund flows
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining high throughput and low latency production services
  
  Strong technical knowledge of building distributed systems that handle massive scale

• Practical experience in building ledgering or trading systems at large scale
• Background in both startups and large enterprises
• Familiarity with crypto‑related activities, including on‑chain interactions with Ethereum addresses and blockchain‑based services
