• Play a critical role in the full agile software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, including architecture, design, and development
• Write clean and well‑tested code to maintain stable and easily modifiable applications
• Lead the team by identifying improvement opportunities, mentoring others, and removing ambiguity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape future directions based on experience and technology research
• Drive the resolution of complex problems and lead large projects by anticipating infrastructure and architectural needs

• 10+ years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code
• Proficiency in Ruby or Python
• Experience with relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL) and designing scalable, secure APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (verbal and written)

• Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor or Copilot
• Understanding of logging, monitoring, and telemetry
• Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies for growth
• Curiosity and problem‑solving mindset
