• Lead the design and development of innovative features on the Salesforce platform with a focus on scalability and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and operations to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Build and maintain high-quality code using React, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards for security and performance

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
• Proven ability to build advanced, custom UIs using React, LWC, and Apex
• Real-world experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude, and Git Hub Copilot
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including data models and pricing engine logic
• Strong command of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain or Lang Graph
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n
• Background in product development, from concept to launch
• Experience designing and maintaining design systems for complex applications
• Passion for exploring new technologies in the AI and automation space
