Password, and we’re looking for a Staff Developer to join us. This is a unique opportunity to define innovative ideas, shape our technical direction, and guide the execution of greenfield projects in the rapidly evolving field of AI.

Our team’s ambitious goal is to become the leading voice in the AI security space, by setting a standard for the security of AI and Agentic workflows, and exploring impactful ways to integrate AI within our product.

As a Staff Developer on this team, you bring significant, hands‑on experience building tools and workflows with LLMs. You have a deep understanding of the current technologies’ capabilities and constraints, and you have a clear vision for where AI is headed in the near future. You are well connected in the industry, and can connect the team with thought leaders and partners that can help us learn, expand, and accelerate our initiatives.

You’ll also work in close partnership with our product, marketing, and partnerships teams to refine our roadmap, amplify our message within the industry, and collaborate with key players to expand our reach and achieve our objectives.

This is a remote opportunity within the US.

• 8+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 6+ years focused on building Machine Learning models and LLMs.
• Track record of shipping high impact ML/AI products and iterating rapidly on ideas to solve open ended problems.
• Strong foundation in security fundamentals.
• Excellent leadership skills on setting technical vision, influence and alignment building, mentorship, and adapting to rapidly changing problem spaces.

• Proficiency in Golang and/or Rust.
• Demonstrated experience building MCP servers and/or Computer Use tools.
• Deep understanding of identity and access management protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, etc.).
• Familiarity with HTTP proxies and/or gateways.

• Set the technical direction, vision, and strategy in collaboration with other leaders.
• Drive project delivery and technical decision‑making, influencing project success and course‑correcting as necessary.
• Write code and solve complex technical problems both directly and through others.
• Define and uphold a standard for excellence within your team and across other teams in the organization.
• Inspire and mentor senior developers to grow and deliver high impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to achieve business outcomes on schedule.
• Leverage your industry connections to identify opportunities and connect the team with thought leaders and partners.

USA‑based roles only:
The annual base salary for this role is between $204,000 USD and $276,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1
