• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Data Engineering Sales Specialists to achieve sales targets
• Develop and deliver customized training programs to enhance team expertise in Data Engineering solutions
• Own and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline generation and revenue targets for Data Engineering solutions
• Drive operational efficiency by tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics
• Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding strategic discussions with customers about Data Engineering capabilities

• 12+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives in technical software solutions
• 5+ years of experience managing and coaching a high‑performing sales or specialist team Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
• In‑depth knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Lakehouse, Ingestion, and Transformation technologies
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Experience in an overlay sales management role or driving product consumption through workloads
• Technical background with a deep understanding of data space and market trends
• Enterprise Architecture Certifications and/or Master’s Degree
• Experience in a high‑growth, cloud‑native technology environment
• Passion for streamlining processes and system automation
