• Own the product strategy and execution for features within the Fetch Play line of business
• Drive development across the player lifecycle: discovery, adoption, engagement, retention, and rewards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external ad network partners
• Use data and product instincts to define success metrics and drive business performance
• Take ownership of outcomes and proactively solve challenges in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with reward mechanics, growth/habit loops, and shopping ecosystems
• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven track record of driving product-led growth and retention in consumer experiences
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle new opportunities with creativity and speed

• Experience leading Product or Implementation for mobile game studios or mobile game ad networks
• Familiarity with MMP integrations and configurations
