What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Write and review high-quality code while understanding functional requirements
  • Envision overall solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements
  • Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs while providing constructive feedback to team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 7 years of total experience in Salesforce implementations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud
  • Proven expertise in Apex programming, including Classes, Triggers, APIs, and Web Services
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Customization, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with App Exchange packaging, deployment, and security review processes
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and OAuth 2.0
  • Strong analytical skills to propose scalable and maintainable solutions
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills
