• Serve as the chief operations research analyst for designated wargames and Live‑Virtual‑Constructive (LVC) events, ensuring analytical rigor from problem framing through final reporting
• Lead enterprise operations research strategy efforts, translating sponsor objectives into structured analytical questions and study plans
• Design and oversee experimental methodologies for wargames, exercises, and simulations
• Direct the analysis of wargame and exercise data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Mentor and coach a team of operations research analysts and data scientists, ensuring high‑quality deliverables

• Active Secret clearance; eligibility for Top Secret preferred (U.S. citizenship required)
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations research or a closely related analytical discipline
• PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field; or a Master’s degree with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience leading complex operations research studies involving wargames or simulations
• Proven expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and model development for operational problems

• INFORMS Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience with Department of Defense wargaming constructs or major exercise series
• Familiarity with LVC simulation environments and wargame design tools
• Prior experience supporting Air Force or joint command-level analysis is highly desirable
