• Build and ship core product systems end-to-end, from backend services to frontend interfaces
• Collaborate directly with owners and early users to shape the product roadmap

• 5+ years of hands‑on engineering experience building production user‑facing systems
• Experience working at a growth‑stage company where adaptability is necessary
• Strong product‑oriented mindset, with a focus on building quality software
• Ability to thrive in high‑autonomy environments and handle multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with regulated spaces like healthcare or finance is a plus

• Experience with modern frontend technologies such as Type Script, React, and Tailwind
• Background in building microservices‑oriented architectures, particularly with Node.js
• Knowledge of database management with Postgres
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and its managed services
• Familiarity with AI tools, including prompting and evaluations
