- Familiarity with collaborative working styles such as Pair Programming or Mob Programming
- Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- Experience migrating legacy codebases to modern standards
- Contributions to Android, Web, or Backend applications
