• Lead mobile application development, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team
• Define and implement best practices for mobile and Windows application development processes
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business goals
• Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems within the app ecosystem
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications

• 6+ years of experience in mobile/Windows application development, particularly on iOS and Android platforms
• Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile/Windows applications from concept to launch
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Proficiency in mobile/Windows development frameworks and programming languages (Swift, Kotlin, Go, React Native)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
