• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions including configuration, customization, and deployment
• Write and review high-quality code for Salesforce applications
• Configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, workflows, and approval processes
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components (Aura & LWC)
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs

• Total experience of 10+ years in software development
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud
• Proven experience delivering 2–4 Salesforce implementation projects
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), and
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and legacy systems
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
