• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and product development
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Golang

• Demonstrated capacity to enhance the technical skills of junior engineers

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience in building customer‑facing web and mobile applications
• Proven track record of delivering significant value to customers
• Curiosity about customer needs and a desire to improve their experience
• Willingness to iterate on products based on user feedback
