• Define and drive the Payments Platform architecture across various services and APIs
• Lead cross‑team initiatives focused on platformization, improving developer velocity and reliability
• Scale distributed systems for high‑volume payment traffic, ensuring performance and fault tolerance
• Apply AI/ML tools to enhance operational excellence and developer workflows
• Partner with multiple teams to translate business requirements into technical strategies

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven track record in building and scaling distributed Buyers in production
• Experience in platformization, creating reusable frameworks or unified APIs
• Strong architectural and design skills with a focus on cross‑functional problem solving
• Familiarity with payments or financial systems is a strong plus

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or regulated industries
• Background in building internal developer platforms serving multiple product teams
• Proficiency in Golang or similar languages and modern cloud‑native stacks
