• Own large-scale features from concept to production for the digital care platform
• Translate operational and clinical requirements into innovative technical solutions
• Collaborate directly with operations, clinical leadership, product stakeholders, and engineering teams
• Design and implement APIs, services, data flows, and user‑facing features
• Define the broader technical architecture and product roadmap while ensuring security and compliance

• Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience in big tech, high‑growth startups, or both
• Strong system design and architecture experience
• Ability to build scalable, production‑grade platforms
• Experience working with product, operations, or non‑technical stakeholders

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems quickly
• Strong interest in healthcare, care delivery, and patient experience
• Familiarity with frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations
