• Oversee logistics operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLA) and performance metrics
• Manage inventory control and accuracy for both forward and reverse logistics processes
• Lead and mentor a logistics team, promoting high performance and alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline logistics processes
• Develop and present reports on logistics performance and support regional and global projects

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in logistics operations management
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team development and performance management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Superior interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• Proficiency in SAP and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems
• Experience in the IT or tech industry
• Knowledge of industry best practices in forward and reverse logistics
• Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD)
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis software
