CNC lathe setup operator is responsible for setting up and operating a CNC lathe machine, which includes reading blueprints, selecting the correct tooling, programming the machine according to specifications, loading raw materials, monitoring the machining process, making necessary adjustments to ensure part accuracy, performing quality checks, and maintaining the machine in a clean and functional state—all while adhering to safety standards and production deadlines.
