We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team in a full‑time Sales Office role. This on‑site position, based in Copiague, NY, involves supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth back‑office processes. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling client inquiries, managing sales transactions, and coordinating with the field team to schedule installations and resolve issues efficiently. The role requires multitasking, effective communication, and collaboration to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Experience in Back Office Operations, with proficiency in managing data and processes related to sales and daily office activities.
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on addressing client inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management, including familiarity with sales processes, order management, and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in organization, multitasking, and attention to detail when managing various administrative and sales‑related tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting in Copiague, NY.
- Prior experience in the glass design or home improvement industry is a plus.
