We’re seeking a skilled A-Level or B-Level Technician to join our service department. Kia experience is preferred but not necessary, as we are willing to provide training for Kia Certification. • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Kia and other vehicle brands
• Complete a variety of mechanical services, including but not limited to:
  • Engine diagnostics and repair
  • Brake system repair and maintenance
  • Transmission repair and servicing
  • Suspension and steering system repairs
  • Electrical system diagnostics and repairs
  • Air conditioning and heating system repairs
• Use diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify and address vehicle issues
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customers are informed of repair needs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards
• Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed

• Proven experience as an A-Level or B-Level Technician in a dealership or independent automotive service center
• Proficient in advanced diagnostic tools and techniques for various vehicle systems
• Mechanical expertise in the following areas:
  • Engine and powertrain systems
  • Brake and suspension systems
  • Electrical systems and troubleshooting
  • Transmission and drivetrain systems
  • Air conditioning and climate control systems
• Ability to perform New York State vehicle inspections (NYS Inspector’s License required)
• Familiarity with Kia vehicles is a plus, though not required (training to become Kia Certified available)

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• ASE Certified
