Controller, Accounting, Financial Controller

We are seeking an on-site Controller in Coppell, TX to lead our financial operations, accounting, payroll, and HR functions. Reporting to the CEO
, this role balances hands-on technical execution with strategic executive leadership to ensure robust internal controls and comprehensive cost accounting.

• Financial & Cost Accounting
  :
  Direct close cycles (GAAP); manage standard costs, WIP, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• FP&A & Systems
  :
  Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, Cap Ex ROI analysis, and act as the core process owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Compliance & HR
  :
  Manage multi-state tax compliance, coordinate external audits, oversee full-cycle payroll processing, and guide HR policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience (5+ years in management).
• Hands-on cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with a major ERP system.
• Background presenting financial data to executive leadership or lenders.
• Preferred:
  Active CPA; experience with Dynamics 365; background in aviation or regulated aerospace manufacturing.
