As our Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play a central role in ensuring every interaction with the firm is professional, seamless, and aligned with our standards of excellence. This role is designed for someone who performs well under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in precision and follow-through.

You’ll act as the bridge between our clients, internal teams, and leadership.

This is a highly visible, high‑impact role with the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s two executives, including the founder. You’ll help scale our client engagement and onboarding processes so we can serve more high‑level clients efficiently and exceptionally. This role offers exposure to leadership, strategic decision‑making, and the inner workings of a fast‑growing professional services firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering the main phone line, responding to inquiries, and setting the tone for an exceptional client experience
  • Own the client onboarding process, including document requests, follow‑ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth start
  • Oversee in‑office operations during in‑office days, including mail handling, document intake, and general office coordination
  • Manage administrative workflows such as inbox monitoring, discovery call scheduling, and internal task coordination
  • Communicate across phone, email, Slack, and internal systems with clarity, professionalism, and urgency
  • Anticipate client and team needs, proactively follow up, and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is properly documented and up to date
  • Support leadership and internal teams by keeping operations organized, responsive, and moving forward without bottlenecks
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a client‑facing, administrative, or operations role in a professional environment
  • Proven ability to stay composed, organized, and effective under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident and professional on client calls
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Calendly, CRM tools)
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of making sound judgment calls independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Thrives in a high‑accountability, high‑performance culture
Location

This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office
