Senior Product manager

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager with 9+ years of experience to lead customer notification initiatives focused on enhancing communication across email, SMS, and push channels.

This role involves developing notification strategies, analyzing customer behavior, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage notification templates for various customer scenarios including delivery updates, billing, claims, and marketing.
• Set up and manage automated notification triggers based on customer lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, customer support, and engineering teams to implement improvements based on customer insights.
• Design and execute A/B tests on notification elements such as subject lines, content, timing, and delivery channels.
• Monitor notification performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to identify areas for improvement in notification design and delivery.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Minimum 9 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and how to tailor notifications to individual users.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.

• Experience in managing customer communication strategies across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and other product management platforms.
