Warehouse - Lead

The company has managed supply chain synergies for global automotive and technology companies for more than 60 years. We are looking for Warehouse Lead – Day Shift M‑F, with pay of $19 per hour.

Coordinates efficient operation of the department and ensures procedures are documented and followed. Assists with monitoring daily KPI’s, quality metrics, employee time‑card exceptions and productivity administration. Provides backup and support to the Supervisor, representing him/her fully in periods of absence. Liaises with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy. Provides leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model, assisting with planning, overseeing and participating in warehouse operations and activities.

Works required schedule deemed necessary to meet the production goals and key performance indicators of the site, with schedule fluctuations based on business needs. Other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma / GED.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.
