** Job Profile

Summary:

** Monitors and expedites the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
** Major

Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
* Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions.
* Works with suppliers to resolve issues.
* Assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.
* Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
* Comply with the requirements of the company’s Quality Management System.
** Required Skills, Experience, and

Education:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* No experience necessary
* Proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
** Desired Skills, Experience, and

Education:

*** Bachelor's degree
* 1+ years of related experience
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Self-managed and highly motivated
* Displays integrity, reliability, empathy, and a strong work ethic

* Physical Requirements:

*** Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
* Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
