The Logistics Specialist will coordinate shipping and scheduling with transport carriers, support warehouse operations, and provide customer service. This role will also research and resolve order discrepancies to ensure on‑time shipping.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage ASNs; resolve issues with purchasers and suppliers.
- Issue sales order picklists, confirm shipments, and investigate discrepancies.
- Track and follow up on incoming shipments with carriers.
- Manage inventory adjustments related to quality issues.
- Handle customer returns and resolve shipping/receiving issues.
- Arrange and process vendor returns.
- Update and manage freight quote programs; coordinate manual quotes and special handling.
- Prepare and issue customs documents, as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in freight quoting, booking, trucking arrangements, and issue resolution.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented, positive, and adaptable.
- Fluency in English required;
Spanish a plus. - Consistently align with Company core values.
- This position requires regular physical activity, including walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Day shift – extended shifts or hours may be required as needed.
- On‑site role located at the Coppell, TX Customer Experience Center.
