• Prior experience in a client-facing customer service role, especially within B2B environments

• Location flexibility with hybrid work options in NYC, White Plains, NY, Clayton, MO, Chicago, IL, or Coppell, TX
• Must be able to work in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
