• Efficient and Experienced back office leader
• Working knowledge of both Front/Back
• Organized and detail oriented
• Managing flow/punctuality from the front to the back, to include facilitating helping in the back where/when needed
• Assisting as needed to Keep the Doctor's schedule efficiently booked to goal on a daily basis
• Managing all aspects of lab/lab cases
• Actively Treatment planning in Dentrix, while being able to professionally devise making treatment affordable for our patients.
• Being a consummate and detailed communicator with the Dr using daily lists of task oriented action planned TO-DO items, and to help maintain the constant pulse of the practice
• Whatever else the team needs to get the job done and take care of our valued patients!

• Experience
  : 3+ years
• Pay
  : $24-30 depending on skill competency

• Use of intra-oral camera
• Assisting procedures using light cured materials
• Pouring/Trimming models
• Autoclave or Statim function and maintenance
• Post‑op instructions
• Inputting patient notes
• Instrument sterilization
• Basic restorative tray set‑ups
• Ordering supplies
• Assisting other staff members
• Schedule Follow‑Up Appointments/Recalls
