Architectural Tech II

Gray AES is looking to add an Architectural Tech II in our offices located in Atlanta, GA;
Charlotte, NC;
Dallas, TX; and Lexington, KY.

• Assist in preparing architectural plans and drawings under the guidance of design managers.
• Support design managers in construction administration activities.
• Help with project layout and integration of engineering elements for review and approval.
• Prepare scale drawings and contract documents for clients, construction teams, and subcontractors.
• Assist in project submittal reviews and coordination.
• Support on-site observations during construction to ensure compliance.
• Develop studies and reports as needed.
• Utilize CAD software to prepare project designs and plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related technical field with 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Experience designing in Revit and producing architectural drawings is required.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, design software, and email.
• Physically present in the Lexington office.
