MD is recruiting a Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician for a practice opportunity in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

• Base compensation: $288,000 annually for 20 full shifts per month, with no more than 6 shifts designated as nights.
• Shift structure (example): Day Call (5 days), ICU Call (7 days), Night Call (6 nights), Clinic (2 full days).
• 10 days off per month (subject to additional shifts).
• Additional shifts compensated at $1,200 each.
• Discretionary bonus: 40% of adjusted contribution (e.g., Q1 bonus $22,078; Q2 bonus $16,233).
• Medical insurance for provider (currently covering family).
• Life insurance, long-term disability, professional liability, short-term disability.
• Moving allowance.
• $2,500 annual CME budget.
• Partnership or employed options available.

• Provide pulmonary and critical care services on day, ICU, night and clinic shifts as scheduled.
• Manage acute respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation, and related critical care cases.
• Participate in patient care rounds, consults, and collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine.
• Medical degree (MD or DO) with or without U.S. residency.
• Valid U.S. work visa or citizenship.
• Strong clinical experience in pulmonary and critical care settings.
