The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. For over four decades, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience achievement, develop new skills, and find confidence through movement-based programs. Compensation: $20.00 per hour. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise;

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym’s learning environment.
• Teach classes based on the proven curriculum and teaching method; training will be provided.
• Provide outstanding customer service and a positive membership experience; members are treated like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
• Engage with children weekly and adapt activities to keep them engaged and progressing.
• Maintain a high-energy, safe, and supportive classroom atmosphere; support the overall goals of movement-based learning and development.

• You love having fun, enjoy high-fives, and can play like a child while guiding kids’ learning.
• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• You live to serve—making others feel good motivates you.
• You can build rapport with both children and their parents.
• You bring a positive attitude and know when to focus and work hard.
