FTTH Build Project Manager

, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer with a specialization in IP Engineering
. This role is critical to the design, deployment, and maintenance of our cutting-edge broadband infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our optical and IP networks, working with leading technologies to drive the future of fiber connectivity.

As a Build Project Manager
, you will ensure that the FTTH build milestones are achieved within NOVOS and/or PRIME FiBER. Your efforts will include directing and coordinating both internal and external engineering and construction efforts. This role involves setting forecasts, establishing milestones, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring the execution of build activities align with timelines, budget, and expected build volume objectives.

• Project Planning and Execution
  :
  Develop and implement project plans for FTTH network design, installation, and maintenance.
• Team Leadership
  :
  Lead and manage project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, to ensure successful project completion.
• Budget Management
  :
  Manage project budgets, control expenses, and minimize cost overruns.
• Stakeholder Communication
  :
  Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.

  Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Documentation

  Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including forecasting, status reports, designs, and other related details.

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced degree or certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in managing FTTH or similar telecommunications projects.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing external contractors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and control costs.
