GPP mainstream radio technology products and solutions including cross‑technology responsibility (Multi Radio Access Technology). Your unit’s main priorities are flawless execution of radio product development.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

MN RF R&D responsible for 2G/3G/4G/5G BTS development is looking for a design engineer participating in development of cellular base station. Considering both experienced and those willing to explore new areas.

Main Responsibility Area
  • Perform Digital Pre Distortion (DPD) Dynamic Traffic Testing on BTS products in an R&D environment (2G/3G/4G/5G).
  • Work with the Digital Pre Distortion (DPD) Team to analyze logs.
  • Review testing results, test specifications, and related technical documents.
  • Provide fault reporting – fault investigation/reporting which includes cooperation with other teams for both HW and SW.
  • Troubleshoot automation, test setups, and BTS problems.
  • Support test automation development and functional reviews.
  • Support customer pronto and investigations as needed.
Key Skills And Experience
  • BSEE or MS in Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering.
  • 0‑2 years’ experience working in an RF laboratory environment.
  • Familiar with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc.).
  • Fluent in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office.
  • Previous industrial experience preferred.
  • Proven track record – previous involvement in successful product development programs is a definite plus.

  • Technical leadership potential is a plus.
  • Good planner and organizer.
  • Adept problem solver.
