Austin Bridge & Road is seeking experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Groundmen for North Texas asphalt projects. We excel at our work and seek construction professionals who want to excel with us.

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections
• Operate milling and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Participate as a vital team member, contributing toward Austin’s success
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow safety policies and procedures
• Work hours may include days, nights and weekends to meet project needs
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions (hot or cold)
• Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years of experience operating asphalt equipment
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety
