Global Commercial Finance Leader

The Global Commercial Finance Leader is responsible for building, scaling, and leading a world-class Commercial Finance capability across all markets and lines of business (LOBs). This role serves as a strategic partner to Commercial, Pricing, and Market leadership, providing insights, standards, and financial rigor to support profitable growth and informed decision-making. The leader will oversee global commercial planning, forecasting, and analysis while ensuring consistency and quality of commercial metrics worldwide.

This role requires a global mindset, strong leadership presence, and deep experience in revenue analytics, margin optimization, pricing, and commercial performance management.
** Key Responsibilities*
* ** 1. Build and Strengthen the Global Commercial Finance Capability
** Orchestrate the development of annual revenue plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts for the Global Commercial Organization (DRS, AMS, BGS).
** Qualifications & Experience
** 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, or related financial leadership roles. Experience leading global or regional finance teams in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in pricing, margin analytics, and revenue forecasting. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and commercial stakeholders. Experience in change management, process harmonization, and driving adoption across diverse markets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and travel internationally as needed.
