Financial Analyst – Colocation team at Csquare

• Data analysis and forecasting: analyzing financial statements and trends to assess health and predict future performance.
• Reporting: preparing clear and concise financial reports to present findings to management.
• Budgeting and planning: developing and managing budgets, and creating long‑term financial plans based on current run rates and contract values.
• Billing reconciliation: identifying gaps in cross‑billed services from our partners to our customers.
• Financial modeling: building financial models in Excel to forecast outcomes and evaluate business performance.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information.
• Interpersonal skills for working with colleagues and clients.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in banking, corporate banking, strategy consulting, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to independently analyze data, extract actionable insights, and effectively present findings.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, expertise with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling with experience across accounting, consulting, or investment banking.
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and enthusiastic, building strong relationships and thriving in fast‑paced environments while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
