We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Colocation team at Csquare, responsible for building and maintaining financial models, including 3-statement models and broader corporate financial modeling.

• Data analysis and forecasting: Analyzing financial statements and trends to assess a health and predict future performance.
• Reporting: Preparing clear and concise financial reports to present findings to management or summaries
• Budgeting and planning: Develop andmanage budgets, and creating long-term financial plans based on current run rates and contract values
• Billing Reconciliation: Identify any gaps in cross-billed services from our partners, to our customers
• Financial modeling: Building financial models in software like Excel to forecast outcomes and evaluate business performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to interpret complex financial information
• Interpersonal skills for working with colleagues and clients

• The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in banking, corporate banking, strategy consulting, FP&A, or strategic finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven ability to independently analyze data, extract actionable insights, and effectively present findings in a clear and meaningful manner
• Advanced Excel modeling skills, expertise with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling with experience across accounting, consulting, or investment banking
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and enthusiastic, with an ability to build strong relationships, thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and integrity
