Location: Coppell, TX (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Background on the Position

Private Banking Operations supports the Private Banking Group, providing operational support to the US Banks and Broker/Dealer Lending Products, Deposit Products, Banking Services, Collateral Monitoring, Margin Operations and Vendor Management. The candidate would be responsible for completing day-to-day operational tasks related to the oversight of vendor services supporting the US Banks, including mortgage origination services.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to appraisal escalation requests from Home Loans
  • Review monthly reports and escalate to management when necessary
  • Provide client service to the field: handle incoming emails
  • Escalation of issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Participate in projects and training when needed to take notes and meeting minutes

Experience
  • Bachelor degree, ideally in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or business related fields
  • Prior experience in Lending Operations within a Financial Services company is preferred
