Job Overview:

Kelly Services is seeking candidates with an interest in tax and accounting to join our team as Tax Preparers. You will perform essential data entry services to replicate tax forms and details. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and eager to develop their skills in tax and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and replicate tax forms and tax details accurately
• Support tax filing processes for individuals and businesses
• Assist with document management and related tasks
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College degree required
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Experience preparing U.S. federal and state tax returns (preferred, not required; training will be provided)

Work Environment:

• Hybrid schedule (combination of remote and onsite work in Coppell)
• Full-time, 40 hours/week; some weeks may have reduced hours
