Jump start your Lash Technician/Lash Artist Career with a thriving salon in the center of DFW! We have immediate openings for licensed Cosmetologist and Estheticians. The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. The Coppell salon is located in a premier area in the center of the DFW metroplex. It is a wonderful, safe and supportive community to work in!

We offer a complete menu of services including Eyelash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. We have P.A.S.S.I.O.N. We are looking for Eyelash Technicians who are passionate about excellence and high-end beauty services and love people! We are seeking team members who enjoy working independently, are highly motivated, friendly and responsible, and desire to work for a company where hard work is rewarded.

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension, eyelash and brow services
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Take initiative in learning and growing art
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

• Customer service focused; loves on your clients

• Strong work ethic with career record that supports
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work Saturdays and evenings (until 7 pm 2 days a week)

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.

We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers.

Finessed over decades with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide and rivals the best in the business.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
