• Retain patients on service, and they enjoy the reward of exceeding patient expectations, turning unsatisfied customers into happy patients
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls from DaVita Rx members

• Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Texas (no disciplines)
• 3+ year(s) of experience
• Excellent De-escalation skills (very important!!!)

Hours:

Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

Pay rate: $20.00/hr - depending on experience
