• Responsible for obtaining new and existing prescription renewals from dialysis facilities and/or physician offices through verbal authorizations via inbound/outbound calls
• Providing accurate & timely communication
• Securing prescription orders for patients whose prescriptions are not on file or for existing prescriptions that have no refills
• Handling outbound calls to follow up with Doctors regarding prescription issues, i.e. new scripts, clarify scripts, codes are incorrect, etc

• 1-2 years pharmacy experience preferred.
• Retail Pharmacy or healthcare background experience required
• Must be comfortable working with patients and their families. Good customer service skills required
• High school graduate or equivalent
