The Talent Development Specialist supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development programs that strengthen organizational capability and drive performance. This role creates engaging, scalable learning solutions that close skill gaps, build leadership readiness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Leveraging creativity, technology, and data‑driven insights, the position develops and facilitates learning content, supports key talent programs, and partners with HR and business leaders to enable teams to adapt to change and achieve business goals in a dynamic retail environment.
EssentialFunctions
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning content and materials using various learning methodologies, including in‑person, virtual, and self‑paced training.
- Support the execution of enterprise talent programs such as onboarding, leadership development, and internship programs.
- Partner closely with HR business partners to identify learning needs and ensure content aligns with priorities and competencies.
- Maintain and update content in Oracle Learning system, ensuring accuracy and seamless user experience.
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions that build knowledge, skills, and change readiness across teams.
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Talent Development, Human Resources, and Field Training teams to align leadership development opportunities across the business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of facilitation, talent development, or human resources experience.
- Experience with e‑learning tools (Articulate Rise required; Canva, Vyond, and Photoshop preferred).
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs, including e‑learning and instructor‑led formats.
- Experience with LMS administration and content management (Oracle preferred).
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Creative, resourceful, and detail‑oriented, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
